Welcome to the home of the University Park Elementary School Parent Teacher Association.  The PTA helps parents and teachers communicate and work together on issues we all care about.  We also sponsor events throughout the year that bring the school community together—including cultural events, a school potluck, and a May Fair at the end of the year.  And of course, the PTA raises money to provide things that the school system cannot afford, such as arts and other classroom enrichment, school supplies, and playground/grounds improvement.  The PTA also sponsors self-supporting after-school enrichment activities, such as language, art and science classes.  All of these efforts require parent involvement, so your participation makes a difference.
